Josh Lethbridge, Broker
Mr. Lethbridge has been a Prescott resident for 22 years, and a Realtor since 1994. He has handled REO (lender-owned) properties for Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, Chase Manhattan, JP Morgan and dozens of other lenders and trustees. He has specialized in investor- and corporate-owned properties since 1996. He currently serves as Liberty Management Group’s designated broker.
Josh has a long history of industry and community leadership – including AZ Assoc. Of Realtors Legislative Chairman (1997-2001) and Political Action Chairman (1998-2001), Director of Prescott Association of Realtors (2002-present), and President of Prescott local and Arizona state Jaycees.
Lori Burgan, Property Manager
Ms. Burgan has been a Realtor and Property Manager in Prescott for almost 20 years. Her responsibilities include management of approx. 350 residential and multi-family units. Her unequaled expertise and knowledge of landlord/tenant laws, tenant relations, accounting and property maintenance make her invaluable to her clients, and to Liberty Management Group.
Shanna Carter, Receptionist Ms. Carter is the first contact for Liberty Management Groups customers and clients, and her efficiency and attitude have made her an integral part of Liberty Management Group’s success.
